A pattern for a cute highland cow that I originally made for my grandmother in Scotland :)

Stands about 4 inches tall.

Materials
Yarn: Size 4 yarn in tan, dark brown, and the fur color of your choice. Tiny bits of black and light pink.
Hook size 3.5mm
Scissors
Yarn needle
Stitch marker
Optional safety eyes

Terminology
US Terms
mc - magic circle
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
inc - increase (two sc in one stitch)
dec - decrease (take front loop of next two stitches, sc through those)
Invisible finish - pull the thread through as though you were normally finishing, then loop through the next stitch with the needle so it looks like the stitches keep going.
BLO - back loop only
repeat inside asterisks
