the hoop is 4” (10 cm) in diameter and the length is approximately 8” (20 cm) (without the hanging loop).

Medium, Hard. the mandala is easy to make but the feathers are more complicated.
for the mandala you will need to know how to Single Crochet, Double Crochet and to Chain.
for the feathers you will also need to know how to crochet Back Loop Only, Single Crochet 2 Together and Front Post Double Crochet. you will also have to crochet around a hoop.
all the stitches are well explained in the tutorial file and every step is well explained with photos and written explanation.
