Small Ripples
Small ripples spread gently across the surface of the water, born from the soft touch of a breeze or the quiet drop of a pebble. They expand outward in delicate, concentric circles, each one a fleeting echo of the movement that started it. Though subtle, these ripples can carry energy across vast distances, distorting reflections and shifting light in mesmerising patterns. In their quiet motion, they symbolise the idea that even the smallest actions can create waves of change, influencing everything they touch in ways both seen and unseen.
Small Ripples is worked to make a 99cm mandala.
It uses US terminology.

Material list:
- Any yarn of your choice - I used ColourSpun DK Cotton (50g/125m).
- 4.5mm hook or hook compatible with yarn used.
- Needle for sewing in ends and needle join.
- Stitch markers.
In the prelude of the pattern you will find detailed stitch tutorials, yarn quantities for the colourway and many more bits of useful info!
Print Friendly file will be available - pattern file without photo tutorials.
The pattern has been designed in cotton but is suited to most yarns. If you are not working the pattern in my choice of yarn, your yarn quantities may differ.
Selecting multiple colours to work the pattern will also increase the quantity of yarn used. Yarn thickness, hook size and tension will affect the overall size of the mandala.
Throughout the written pattern there are detailed photo tutorials.
