This is a pattern to make a crochet turtle. Not suitable for young children because it uses safety eyes which are a choking hazard.

Supplies Needed:

• 1 Skein ‘seedling’ Retro Velvet by Premier Yarn 9.8 oz 306 yd.
• 1 Skein alternate color of velvet yarn (any brand of your choice this is a secondary color so you don’t need a whole lot.)
• Polyester Fiber Fill for stuffing
• 16mm/0.63in. Safety eyes (this size
  works best, but any would work if
  anything go with a bigger size eye.)
• Size K/101/2-6.50MM Crochet hook
• Plastic needle for sewing
• Scissors

I’ve included estimated timestamps of how long this should take to make. Please understand everyone crochets at different speeds so it’s only approximate. That being said, this pattern can take between 44 minutes - 1 hour from start to finish.
