Smaller on the Outside boldly goes where so many have gone before (how many sci-fi references can she put in one post???). It’s a basic washcloth pattern, but the central graphic can be adapted to other items as long as you have approximately 30 stitches by 50 rows of blank stockinette. Gauge is so not important that I only filled it in because I needed to in order to proceed with posting. What yarn you use is also unimportant, with one exception: it has to be blue.
