Although the yarn is an angora-like chunky wt, the skirt drapes, clings, and the ruffled edge has swing because the yarn is silky. Working in the front loop only allows the stitches to lay flat.
The Caron Bliss yarn has been discontinued but JoAnn Fabrics has a comparable yarn, or look for a silky yarn.
