This pattern has a little bit of everything - stockingette, texture, cables, lace and embroidery but hopefully that makes it interesting rather than daunting.

Both written and charted instructions are included for all sections of the cowl and additional photo tutorials are given for the embroidery section.

The cowl uses approximately 475m/ 520yds in total, of a fingering weight yarn. 324m/ 354yds of the Orange Brown colour way for the main body of the cowl and 151m/ 165yds of a light fingering weight yarn in the Khaki Nepp colourway for the lace section. You will also need scrap amounts of yarn in 2 colours (pink and yellow) for the embroidery work.
