Materials and tools you will need:
- main yarn in skin, yellow and white colors (I used 100% acrylic yarn, 300m/100g);
- white color yarn for the eyes (it should be approximately two times thinner that the main yarn; I used 100% cotton yarn 600 m/100g);
- matching crochet hooks (I used 1.5 mm for the main yarn and 1.25 mm for the thin white yarn);
- black embroidery thread;
- wire - the quantity and diameter depend on the size of your toy;
- a pair of black beads for the eyes of the snake charmer;
- a pair of black beads for the eyes of he snake;
- stuffing;
- tapestry and sewing needles;
- sewing pins;
- wooden skewer;
- earrings (optional);
- fabric tape (optional);
- beads for the pipe.
Measurements:
I used 100% acrylic yarn 300 m/100 g and crochet hook 1.5 mm for the main parts; 100% cotton yarn (approximately two times thinner than the main yarn) and crochet hook 1.25 mm for the whites of the eyes. The toy is approximately approximately 15 cm (5.9 inches) tall when seated using the materials mentioned above.

To work this pattern you need to know how to work in a spiral, in joined rounds (I give very detailed instructions how to work in joined rounds with helpful pictures illustrating the process), in rows, sc, hdc, dc, increase and decrease.
The pattern also calls for an extended single crochet but do not worry - I give detailed instructions how to work it at the end of the pattern.
