Pink cobra??? Pink dolphin, Pink Panther and now pink snake! Fun!

You can crochet this adorable snake and its basket in any colors (if you are not a fan of pink). The coiled snake can fit inside the basket nicely.

This item should make a fun toy for April Fool’s Day. Carry her around and spring a surprise on your friends anytime.

The snake is about 0.5 inch (1.3cm) thick and 16 inches (40.6cm) long.
The basket is about 1.4 inches deep (3.6cm) and has a diameter of 2.7 inches (6.9cm)

For this PATTERN, you will need to know how to slip stitch, single crochet, decrease, working in the rounds and working in rows.

This pattern consists of 6 pages. It comes with many pictures detailing the snake and basket crocheted at different stages.

The acrylic yarn I used is 18 wraps per inch and is categorised under ‘fine/laceweight’ yarn. Wraps per inch (or WPI) is a measure of the grist or the thickness of a yarn. I used a crochet hook of size 2.2mm :)
