This listing is for the Blanket pattern only.
The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Using a 6mm hook will be approx. 96cm high & 80cm wide.
A 3.5mm hook is needed for the appliques

I use stylecraft special aran for the blanket & stylecraft special double knit for the applique patterns but any aran & double knit yarn is suitable. Gauge is not important
Its perfect as a gift for babies and children
