These are a step up from basic tube socks. They have no shaping but a bit of ribbing creates an area that flexes to fit around the heel with a bit more finesse than a tube sock normally offers.
YARN, GAUGE & MACHINE Use any #2 or #3 yarn that may be knitted to a gauge of 6 stitches/8 knitted to rows/inch gauge of 5 stitches/7 rows/inch. Any mid-gauge or bulky machine may be able to get both gauges. Sizes from baby to size 16 men US shoe sizing are included.
