The Sneffels Crochet Tissue Box Cover is a Digital .pdf download of an easy, modern, and minimal tissue box cover crochet design. Included in this design are variations for two of the most common tissue box sizes, i.e. the rectangular and the square box. It is crocheted in worsted cotton yarn and can be made in an array of colors to coordinate with your home decor.

It is constructed by starting with the top in rows and then the sides are worked in turned rounds. You can easily adjust height for a shorter or taller version by subtracting or adding rounds. Since it’s constructed from the top down, so you can try it on as you go and adjust your height as needed! Detailed explanations, descriptions of special stitches, and helpful photos are all included in the pattern.

As for the pattern name… One of the most recognizable mountain peaks visible from Montrose, CO, where we live, is called Mount Sneffels! When I first moved here and learned its name, I giggled a little thinking that it sounds like Mount Sniffles! Apparently, I’m in good company, because I hear the same sentiment from other kids of all ages! It seemed fitting to name this tissue box cover design after Mt. Sneffels with its funny name!
