Snom (Pokemon)
Hello everyone and welcome to the final pattern of 2023! Yep, the year is already over. Crazy, isn’t it? But for now, a few words about today’s pattern at hand: Snom! I wanted to make something winter-y, and as I am still working towards reducing my stash (can only take me another year or so OTL), this guy came in handy! Snom may have many many pieces and is a bit different from your normal amigurumi, but still simple enough to make. Just needs a bit of patience! I hope you will enjoy making this little guy to brighten up your winter home!
Materials
To make Snom you will need:
– A 2.5mm crochet hook
– White and light blue yarn
– A tapestry needle and scissors
– Stuffing
– Safety eyes or black embroidery thread
– I HIGHLY recommend pins for sewing!!!
– A stitch marker to help you keep track of the start of the round
Please note that you can make Snom using any size crochet hook and yarn weight for a smaller or bigger result. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm crochet hook, Snom should be about 10cm tall and 15-20cm long.
Stitches & Abbreviations
The pattern is written using US crochet terms in continuous spirals. You will need to know the following kinds of stitches to make him:
– Magic Ring (MR)
– Single crochet (sc)
– Decrease (dec); preferably using the invisible decrease method
– Increase (inc)
– Working into front loops only (FLO)
