16 in / 40 cm circular AND double point needles in
the following size:

• US 3 (4, 5) / 3.25 (3.5, 3.75) mm

Notions: stitch markers, and tapestry needle for weaving ends.

28 (26, 24) stitches to 4 in / 10 cm in pattern (blocked)

FINISHED CIRCUMFERENCE
For best fit, plan 1—2 in / 2.5—5 cm of negative ease.
