The Snow Moon is the full moon that occurs in February. It gets its name because February is often the snowiest month of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. The name comes from Native American, European, and other cultural traditions that used the moon’s cycles to track the seasons. The yarn and pattern for the socks were created for Yarn Twisters Sock Club February 2025.

Yarn: 1 skein Yarn Twisters Rylyn; 420 yards/115g; 80% SW Merino, 20% Nylon OR any fingering weight yarn
