Experience in waistcoat stitch, carrying yarn, doing colour changes, and the use of graphs is highly recommended for making this pattern!!
Loose tension is required to obtain optimal fit!
This pattern is in standard ADULT/TEEN sz only, but an easy change in hook size, and a few stitch reductions or increases, could give you the size your are looking for.
A test gage is recommended
