Snow Tracks Headband
This pattern is included in my new book, Cozy Cables. You can purchase the printed book here.
Snow Tracks features a simple but striking cable that gives the illusion of downhill ski impressions in the fresh snow. Delicate bobbles are encased between the cables, mimicking snowballs rolling downhill between the tracks. This is an ideal project for portable, on-the-go knitting. The band of garter stitch at the back of the headband is slightly wider for ease of wear and optimal stretch. For a larger circumference, add more row repeats. This pattern is charted and includes written instructions.
CONSTRUCTION
This headband is worked back and forth on straight needles and then seamed together using a 3-needle bind-off. You’ll also need some waste yarn in a matching weight for the provisional cast-on.
