Special stitches:
bst: insert hook in stitch, pull up a loop, leaving loop on hook, chain 3 stitches, pull yarn through both loops on the hook
dc2tog: Y/O, pull up a loop in next st, Y/O, pull through two loops two times total, Y/O, pull through all 3 loops
dc3tog: Y/O, pull up a loop in next st, Y/O, pull through two loops three times total, Y/O, pull through all 4 loops
