Celebrate the season with big, puffy snowballs. It’s a quick crochet project that’s worked with a bulky chenille and a join-as-you-go process.
These cuddly white balls are larger than the pompons you see on hats, yet quite lightweight.
If you’ve crocheted a hat, you have all the skills you’ll need to make the snowball scarf. In fact, the entire length is one piece, worked in rounds that get wider, decrease to shape the top, and then increase again to create the round shape. No joining. No sewing. Only two ends to weave in.
This pattern is free only Jan 23. After that date it can be purchased for a nominal fee.
