This easy and fast hood for fall and winter is constructed using two strands of worsted weight yarn held together. This is a great project for the beginner crocheter.

Construction
With two strands held together a rectangle is worked then folded in half and seaming the back together, finished with an edging and tassels.

- US I/9 (5.50mm) Crochet Hook or size needed for gauge
Yarn Used
- 2 balls of Lion Brand Heartland 100% Acrylic 251 yds/230m per 142g skein in colorway Grand Canyon
Yardage: 444 yards
Gauge
- 12 sts & 10 Rows = 4” square in pattern
