This pattern is written for Worsted, Light Bulky, or Bulky weight yarn. There are 3 size options:

  • Teen/Adult Small: 20-21” (51-53 cm) head circumference
  • Adult Medium: 21.5-22.5” (55-57 cm) head circumference
  • Adult Large: 23-24” (59-61 cm) head circumference

The Worsted pattern is written for a double brim and the Light Bulky and Bulky patterns are written for a single brim. Options for single brim, folded brim, and double brim are included for all pattern weights.

Most pattern options require 1 skein of yarn to complete the hat. It’s possible that 2 skeins will be needed for size Large hats with double or folded brims.

The hat height is 9” (23 cm) but instructions are included to modify for a more fitted 8” (20 cm) hat.
