Snowden socks
These socks were created by blending the traditional snowflake used in stranded colorwork Nordic knitwear, with the graphic and simple lines of modern scandinavian design.
You can find the Snowden hat pattern here
Snowden socks are knit from the cuff down, with a reinforced heel and a rounded toe. The stranded colorwork pattern is hypnotic and easily remembered, and does not require managing long floats. The pattern is written for circular needles but can be easily adaptable to DPN’s.
