PATTERN NOTES
Stockings are worked from the top down with an afterthought heel. Color changes are achieved through the stranded or Fair Isle method of knitting. Carry unused colors loosely inside work. When changing to a new color at the beginning of the round, bring the new color around the other strands to prevent holes from forming in the work.
