Snowflake Baby Pom-Pom Hat
Some seasonal knits are very definitely for Christmas, but this one will last all winter quite happily.
If you’re fond of some stranded colour knitting you can indulge in this simple two-colour, 8 row pattern. It’s a classic, and you can change the main colour as the years go by, to match the current yarn trends.
Snowflakes and Pom-poms… can’t go wrong!
Who is this for?
This pattern is ideal for you if you have some experience in stranded, or FairIsle, colour knitting. you need to understand the basics of knitting, the main body of the hat is simple knit and purl and beginner’s shaping.
If you’re a beginner in colour knitting in this style, this may be a good second or third project, as the snowflake covers only 8 rows.
Once you’ve knitted through the 8 rows of colour-work, the rest of the pattern is laid out in simple plain and purl. So find your favourite Netflix boxset and settle down for the evening!
