TECHNIQUE: Hexagon motifs are worked in the round.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
Drops Nepal Aran yarn:
• 21 x 50g balls Off White 0100.
• 13 x 50g balls Forget-Me-Not 8783.
• 5 x 50 g balls Grey 0501.
• 4 x 50 g balls Goldenrod 2923.
NB Or any other substitute yarn you have as there no need to follow the gauge for
this blanket.
Needles:
• 4 DPN - 6.00mm (US10).
• 1DPN - 7.5mm (US11) for BO.
• Circular 6.00mm (US10) x 50cm.
• Circular 6.00mm (US10) x 60cm or 80cm depending on your choice.
• 1 Marker.
• 1 Tapestry needle.
• 1 Crochet Hook - 3.50mm (US E/4) for joining motifs.
GAUGE (tension): 12sts and 16rows = 10 cm (4”) measured over stockinette st, blanket being blocked, using 6.00mm (US 10) needle. NB Gauge is not crucial for this pattern.
MEASUREMENTS AFTER BLOCKING:
240 x 240cm (94 1⁄2 x 94 1⁄2 ” ). NB Your size depends on your gauge
