A fun snowflake sampler afghan block to try out the different styles of mosaic overlay crochet I offer in my patterns.

It’s a complete pattern, with only 19 stitches and 17 rows, to create a small afghan block. Written in all styles I offer in my patterns so you can have a look which one suits you best, without having to start a big project and finding out the style doesn’t suit you.

• Regular (R): Cutting the yarn at the end of each row is required (standard overlay mosaic).
• Regular Endless (RE): Cutting the yarn at the end of each row is not required, the piece is worked 2 rows at the time (one of each color) and then the piece is turned.
• Reversible (Rev): Cutting the yarn at the end of each row is required. The end piece is reversible with full double crochets on the back, which will use extra yarn.
• Reversible Endless (RevE): Cutting the yarn at the end of each row is not required, the piece is worked 2 rows at the time (one of each color) and then the piece is turned. The end piece is reversible with full double crochets on the back, which will use extra yarn.

For all styles a written instruction is added in both righthanded and lefthanded. Also charts are available for the Regular and Reversible styles.
