You should know how to work in the round, do stranded colorwork, and catch long floats. Some familiarity with glove construction would help.

I made these with one 220 yd ball of each of the two colors, and have some left over, for a 7 1/2” palm. The pattern can be adjusted for different hand sizes by changing gauge.
