This pattern is for a child size Norwegian style snowflake hat with ear flaps and a pompom. For my daughter a hat is not complete without a pompom or two. Of course it’s not a must. :)
This is a fairly basic pattern, good for anyone who has made a few hats in their day. When I started working with Fair Isle (Color work) patterns I was very nervous, not realizing how easy and beautiful it was.
