Snowflake Lace an Elements-of-Orenburg Scarf
Snowflakes are the most useful motif in Orenburg lace design.
Shawl borders are often decorated by different styles and sizes of snowflakes.
I designed this scarf of eight different snowflakes by using ten basic elements of Orenburg lace and embellished it with Russian-style border teeth.
Because the scarf is worked in garter stitch, there is no wrong side.
