Snowflake Santorini
by Elsa Koss
This lacy snowflake is fast and easy to make. So, make a bunch of them and decorate your house or give them as gifts to family and friends!
For the big snowflake, I used cotton thread size 10 and a 2 mm steel crochet hook. Its final size is 9 cm (3½ inches) in diameter. The small one is crocheted with size 20 cotton thread and a 1,25 mm steel crochet hook and it measures 6,5 cm (2½ inches) in diameter.
You will also need a needle to weave in loose ends and a pair of scissors.
If you want to stiffen and block the snowflakes you will need white pva glue (school glue), stainless steel pins , plastic wrap and some kind of blocking board.
