This pattern calls for 150 yards each of two different worsted weight yarns. It is best if there is a definite contrast between the two colors.

These adorable fingerless mitts provide a learning ground for three techniques: mosaic knitting, fair isle knitting and the Latvian braid. The pattern is one size only…but could be enlarged simply by using a larger needle. I designed these to teach new techniques at my local yarn shop, and had a blast knitting them. I hope you enjoy them too!
