Snowflakes and Snowdrops Doily
“Snowflakes and Snowdrops” Crochet Doily PDF Pattern ~ Instant Downloadable File
The pattern is a PDF (digital file) that you can download to your computer or device immediately after you complete your purchase.
With the “Snowflakes and Snowdrops” Doily, you can bring beautiful snowflakes indoors that will never melt! If features 7 unique snowflakes--6 the same size, and 1 miniature. Each is framed in a hexagon border and all are connected with lacy loops and “snowdrops”!
This wintery beauty is nature-inspired. Just like real snowflakes, each and every one of these are completely different! Also like those found in nature, each snowflake has only 6 sides/points. Some of the designs are even loosely based off photos of real snowflakes! In designing these, I wanted each to be different from the rest, yet still be able to form a doily with a harmonious result. However, if you’re a matchy-matchy person, you can simply choose your favorite snowflake and use it for the whole doily. It’s totally up to you!
It is made by crocheting each snowflake separately, then joining them as you go. This means that you can also make the snowflakes by themselves for beautiful ornaments! This pattern is like two in one. :)
