Snowlike Balaclava
Snowlike Balaclava is a fitted unisex hood/balaclava. This stylish accessory will keep your head warm. It will definitely add some cozy vibes to your autumn/winter outfit. Snowlike Balaclava was inspired by vintage balaclavas, and it perfectly pairs with any look. It is worked pretty fast using worsted or aran weight yarn. Perfect small project for last minute gift knitting.
Balaclava is worked bottom up seamlessly, in the round for ribbing and flat for body. Body is worked in Garter Stitch.
Once decreases for head shaping are finished, live stitches are grafted together using Kitchener stitch.
The last touch is i-cord edge for face opening are worked in the round.

1 balls of Novita 7 Brothers (75% wool, 25% polyamide; 100g /3.5oz - 200m /218 yds, color 53 pink).
Yardage: approx 180 m / 197 yds of similar worsted weight yarn.
Suggested yarn: worsted or aran weight yarn in order to obtain the required gauge.
Gauge
18 sts x 32 rows = 10cm / 4’’ in Garter Stitch after blocking.
