I wrote this pattern last year - the full snowman is a modification of my spider pattern’s body. The melting snowman was just for fun! I had forgotten to write them up but now they are together on the blog for free. Some have found the nose to be a little large but I made mine using orange thread or HALF PLIED yarn and a smaller hook.
