As an avid coffee and tea drinker I love to have a nice hot cuppa whenever and wherever. Take out cups can be rather hot and so I designed this little cosy to keep your hot drink hot, but your hand safe.
This version has a button fastening which can be passed through a mug handle to keep it in place, although I have altered the pattern to make a continuous loop to fit as a sleeve around take out cups. That pattern will be available shortly.

As I learnt to crochet using many US Youtube videos, this pattern is written in US crochet terms.
This pattern can be altered to fit larger or smaller mugs simply by reducing or increasing your foundation chain and ensuring that row 6 and 7 have the same number of stitches as in row 1.
