A super cute pattern for a crochet Snowman Hat, complete with a mini beanie hat and scarf of its own!

Skills used
The pattern is made using mostly (US)single crochet and half double crochets. You will need to know how to work in rows and rounds, make simple increases and decreases and be able to securely sew on features and join pieces together.
This hat is not intended to be used as a toy and should be kept away from babies, infants and pets.

Materials
You will require up to 100g / 295m of white double knit yarn depending on what size you make. Approximate meterage of white yarn for each size is detailed in the pattern.
You will need a small amount of black and orange dk yarn for the eyes / buttons and nose and up to 40g of your chosen yarn colour for the mini hat and scarf.
I used a 4mm crochet hook for the body of the hat and head, mini beanie and scarf and a going down 3.5mm for the brim and facial features.

Sizing
The pattern is written in 4 sizes; child, teen, adult, large adult.
Finished measurements and a ‘to fit head’ size guide is given in the pattern along with guidance on changing the length of the hat.
