In addition to two balls of Cascade Pacific (one in main, one in white), Snowman Hat for an Ice Princess requires:
9 snowflake buttons, 5 small black buttons, puff paint (for carrot nose), and embroidery thread.

Gauge isn’t terribly important -- the hat itself is a very basic skull cap (“I don’t have a skull. Or bones.”) and is easily modified. Directions for three sizes are included in the pattern.
