Snowman Snow Globe/Keychain Crochet/Amigurumi Pattern by Fairy Wishes

This pattern comes with instructions to make a Snowman. It’s approximately 2 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide at the widest point, not including jar. This pattern has clear step by step instructions with supplementary photos. Gauge is not important as long as stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing.

The main pattern is 9 pages long but there is 2 pages of printer friendly Text-Only instructions at the end. Pictures in main portion of pattern may be helpful for understanding certain portions of the pattern.

Size
The finished product is about 2 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide at the widest point, not including jar, but this may vary with tension, yarn type, and hook size. Worsted medium weight yarn and a 3.00mm hook are suggested.

Materials
Yarn, in worsted medium weight (size 4), all amounts are approximate:
-White yarn: 9 yards
-Black yarn: 4 yards
-Red yarn: small piece, less than 1 yard
-Orange yarn: small piece, less than 1 yard
-Brown yarn: small piece, less than 1 yard
3.00 mm Hook
Darning Needle
Polyfil
Stitch Markers
Hot Glue (Optional)
Foam Beads (Optional)
Plastic Candy Jar (Optional) I used 2½ inches tall Womdee (this is the brand name)
Plastic Candy Jars but any jars that fit the snowman will work. Small Mason jars a good one to use.
Keychain (Optional)

Skill Level
Suggested for advanced beginner skill.
Includes clearly explained instructions for each Row/Round with supplementary photos.
