Snowshoe Hat
I made the first Snowshoe Hat 2 years ago when we introduced our girls to snowshoeing. My favorite time to snowshoe is just after the snow has fallen, when it still clings to the tree branches and it’s still very quiet. This hat is perfect for snowshoeing—the chunky wool is extra warm and it’s a pop of color against the white snow. This hat is knit from the bottom up with just one cable repeat to keep the knitting interesting but moving along quickly.
