The following pattern is for your very own baby snowy owl; he has a letter for you - perhaps it’s that acceptance letter you’ve been waiting for!

Gauge is not essential to this pattern but it is good to have a tighter tension as this will ensure smaller holes between stitches meaning the stuffing is less likely to show.

Your choice of yarn and hook size will change the size of your final project. To give you some guidance; using dk yarn and a 3.5mm hook will create an owl of about 3 inches high. The owl in the photos was made of 2 strands of dk with a 5mm hook and he was approx 4.5 inches.
