Created from a fluffy boucle yarn, this hat and scarf set is beautifully soft and light--like a snowflake itself. Knit in a series of triangular panels that build on each other in a kind of modular construction, the scarf pattern looks deceptively complicated--it’s actually very simple, using only garter stitch and knit in one piece from start to finish. The matching hat is knit from the top down and trimmed with equilateral triangles.

Gauge:
Hat: 14 sts = 4” in Stockinette stitch using smaller needles
Scarf: 16 sts = 4” in Stockinette stitch using larger needles
