About this pattern: A double layered/lined, super warm, stretchy, comfy, snug and well-fitting balaclava that can be made in any size from newborn to adult XL. This balaclava hat is knit in the round.

Gauge: 21 sts in 4 in / 10cm in stockinette stitch

You will need: DK yarn for the main/outer part and for lining/inner part (for each: up to 80 grams for the smallest size, up to 190 grams for the largest size), knitting needles to obtain the gauge (for knitting in the round), two stitch markers, darning needle. Optional: pins or clips, crochet hook in the same mm size as your gauge needles.
Small amount (up to 10 grams) of sport weight yarn for the face opening binding and knitting needles that are two sizes smaller than your gauge needles (for knitting in the round). For example, if you used 4mm knitting needles to obtain the gauge, you will need 2mm knitting needles to work with sport weight yarn.
