I know that parents are concerned about their kiddos getting cold in car seats when they aren’t wearing coats. (Putting a winter coat on your child in their car seat decreases the efficacy of the car seat as the straps cannot be tightened properly!) Most parents will tuck a blanket around their kiddos, but these can come loose and be kicked off. I knew that there needed to be a better way to keep them warm, so I set out to create a warm, comfortable and cute way to have the kiddos in their car seats safely in the winter time. The result: the Snuggle! Made to be worn over the straps of the car seat, the Snuggle is loose enough to be comfortable, yet the tight stitch makes it warm. The (optional) appliques on the back keep it in place. Since this is put on the kiddos after they are strapped in their car seats, it will in no way compromise the efficacy of the car seat!
