The pattern is written in American English crochet terms

With 3.5mm hook and Three Bears Yarn Cotton the Snuggledog will be about 32cm long by 30cm wide

You can make it larger or smaller by adjusting the hook and yarn weight.

You will need to know how to do:

• Stitches: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet;
• Increase & decrease
• Crochet in rounds

I have used Affection yarn from Three Bears Yarn in the following colours, but you can use any yarn and suitable size hook – the size of the finished item will change accordingly.

Sunglow Yellow (yellow) x3
Mermaid Cove (blue) x1
Bonfire Orange (orange) x1
Poppy Red (red) x1
Palm (green) x1
Crocus (purple) x1
A short piece of black yarn for eyes

Crochet hook:
3.5 mm (G) for all parts
2.5mm for the eyes;
Use slightly smaller hooks if your crochet tends to be on the loose side
