SNUGGLES was designed to be fully ribbed to ensure your young one is cocooned snugly and that the vest will stretch as they grow, making your handcrafted garment wearable for longer. SNUGGLES has super practical buttons down the side to make it easy to dress newborns without the need to put it over their head. Alternatively, you can just undo the top couple of buttons to quickly get it on a wriggly toddler.

SNUGGLES is knitted seamlessly from the top down, back and forth on circular needles. Once you have finished knitting you just need to sew in the ends and add the buttons. A detailed pattern description is given with five sizes from newborn to 2 years. If you would like to add stripes, a different colour band or sleeves, read the tips section before you start. The pattern is suitable for a confident beginner or intermediate level.
