14-16” - 11 buttons, 2 small white bows, 4m pack of white knitting lace, 63” (160cm) of ½ ”(1.75cm) thick white ribbon

UK Materials:
10-12” - 3mm hook,90g of pink & scraps of white 4ply
14-16” - 4mm hook, 120g of pink & scraps of white double knitting wool

USA Materials:
10-12” - C hook, 3 ounces of pink & scraps of white 4ply
14-16” - F hook, 4 ounces of pink & scraps of white double knitting wool
