This sheep themed cushion cover is knit using garter stitch for the back and borders, with a stocking stitch background and moss/seed stitch for the sheep motifs on the front. The sheep motifs stand out well on the stocking stitch background, which is referred to as the right side. The front is knit using the intarsia method, worked by following the row by row pattern instructions.
