So this was an old pattern my grandma used to make. She’d make these and sell them at craft sales, they did pretty well actually.
They were originally made out of thread and were meant to hold the little slivers of soap bars that got too small to hold, but if you make them out of a thicker yarn (or wool) and hook, you could fit the entire bar in them. Plus if you use wool, it’ll shrink around the soap.
