This is a pattern to hold 14 sets of dpn’s (double pointed needles) sock size (mine are 10cm/4”).

There are instructions for less or more sets as required.

I used approx. half a skein of orange DK yarn. I think DK works best for wraps as its not to thick but still the needles wont slip through the stitches. I would recommend changing yarn type but by all means use whatever DK yarn colour and brand you like. After using the Teddy Avril for several projects now it is not a yarn I would recommend, it seems to have a lot of unwoven strands and knots and lots of bobbles to pull off as you knit - I wont be buying this brand again once my stash is used up!

I like to mark my cast on stitches as I cast-on in groups of ten so i dont loose count (esp. when casting on high numbers of stitches) This isn’t required but can prove helpful - so if you want to do this you will need some stitch markers or scraps of yarn.

Required:

two 4mm US6 dpn
one set of 4mm US6 circular needle (32” is the length I use)
blunt tip/darning needle
scissors
tape measure
