This is a pattern inspired from Knitted garters by Godey’s Lady’s Book. I used a scrap yarn given to me by a friend, with no paper telling me what it is. It’s 3 ply and the 3rd ply is a darker color, so as it crochets it stripes.

This is a very easy project that only takes a few hours and very little yarn. I just did these when i had some spare time.
